My Story
I spent decades in healthcare watching women navigate aging with more grace than they gave themselves credit for — and more fear than they deserved. I saw how much a little guidance, a listening ear, and genuine encouragement could change someone's entire outlook. That stayed with me.
I created Embracing Aging Now because I wanted a place where women could come and exhale. Where the conversation isn't about what's slipping away, but about what's still possible — and what's waiting to be discovered. This isn't about pretending aging is easy. It's about facing it with honesty, humor, and a whole lot of heart.
